We are a small editorial team that writes plain-language guides about health products. We are not doctors, and nothing here is medical advice.
Why this site exists
Supplement pages are often full of promises and thin on facts. We wanted a page that says what the pack art says, what a third-party review lists, what we could not verify, and when to see a clinician.
How we make money

What we will not do
- Invent testimonials, ratings, prices or lab results
- Claim FDA approval
- Promise a cure, relief or “regeneration”
- Hide the cautions
